SHIPPING

Through our couriers and shipping partners, our goods can be delivered to your homes, anywhere in the Philippines. Delivery within the Metro are mostly handled by Blitz while we use JRS Express for provincial deliveries.

SHIPPING FEE

We ship from Quezon City. Our standard shipping fee for items that will be shipped within Metro Manila starts at PHP 50 and PHP 150 for provincial.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We will process your order/s once payment is settled. Expect items to arrive 2-5 working days upon payment. For custom made items, it may take up to 10 working days.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Since we don’t want your orders to be delivered elsewhere, please be specific when putting in your delivery address. Specify nearest landmarks if possible.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We, at Cotton&Canvas take pride in our quality and craftsmanship; a rigid quality assurance process is in place and we are committed to delivering customer satisfaction.

We shall ONLY allow returns for any of the following reasons:
1) Incorrect item shipped
2) Damaged or defective items
3) Unmet product specifications

Cotton&Canvas will issue a replacement for any item return, provided you inform us within 24 hours after receiving the incorrect item. Return and exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt date. Proof of purchase is required for replacement. Item exchanged should be equal or over the amount of original item.

CUSTOM MADE ORDERS

Custom order items cannot be returned or refunded, however, they maybe modified or replaced if they have not met the specifications.
